wide sea view, ( 2 each floor; see plan);
2 bedrooms with air conditioning, queen size beds, and one

terraces swimming pool. Linens and towels (not beach
towels) furnished. Capacity up to 6 persons each apartment.
Ham Friendly Property.
Daily maid included, cleans and makes the beds except
Sundays. You can hire someone to cook for around US$10
for 2 meals.
Within a 10 minutes walk, there are good restaurants (a
meal around $15-20) and basic groceries. Pizza, seafood &
groceries can be delivered at place.
Away from crowded areas, but just 20 minutes from
Downtown; buses and taxis just steps away. If you like to rest
in peace and have the most attractive place to swim and
snorkel just in front of your home, this is the place to be.

Ecologic Site:
San Andres is a coraline Island with no rivers, sweet water is
scarce. Faucet & shower water depending on season, is
either rain water or from a well naturally desalinated by coral
rocks filtration, then treated and purified, but not potable.
Water temperature is around 75°-80° F or 24°-26°C.
Potable water is available in 20 liter bottles at USD$ 2,50.
Marvelous aquarium within a coral reef barrier, with median
deeps of 1.5 to 3 mts, ideal for snorkeling, just in front of
your apartment. Snorkeler and divers paradise.
Our crystal clear waters are warm, beautiful and teeming with
fish, coral and marine life of every variety. Pleasant sea
breeze most of the time.
Lots of palm trees and other tropical vegetation, all around.
Area Attractions: Snorkeling or diving the gorgeous clear
turquoise waters will reveal a host of undersea treasures.

another island belonging to the archipelago is at 20 minutes
flight.
